Bilinga Cottages Studio is located on a quiet service road only 800m to Sorrento Village with great pubs, cafes, restaurants, picture theatre, historic museum and local boutique shopping all within easy walking distance of the beaches - perfectly positioned to take advantage of all Sorrento and the Mornington Peninsula have on offer.

On site there are two private, fully self-contained, child and pet friendly cottages both of which have two bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 together with The Bilinga Studio which is an attached studio with private entrance for couples only.

BILINGA STUDIO
The Studio is the newest accommodation to be available to the public and whilst not as spacious as the 2-bedroom Cottages, is more suited to shorter stays for couples only providing compact but comfortable, attached accommodation that has off-street parking and private entrance. The screened patio is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet cup of espresso coffee listening to the local birds.

The studio contains a queen-size bed complete with crisp ironed Sheridan sheets in summer, and a snuggly feather doona and electric blanket in winter. Electric panel heating with timer removes the winter chills while you relax and read one of the many books supplied or watch a DVD on the home theatre system from the comfort of the lounge or, decadently, from bed.

The en-suite bathroom has a shower designed to share, complete with bath sheets and robes and decorated with handmade South American tiles.

The kitchenette contains a microwave oven, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities that include an espresso machine and continental breakfast provisions.
