A fully self contained light and airy 3 queen size bedroom house - 2 with ensuites in main house and the third as self contained attached apartment. Perfectly set up for a grown up getaway or there is also a bunk / rumpus room for the kids. The house is complete with Gas log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets and woollen doonas to ensure a snug winter break.

The master bedroom has a Sealy posturepedic queen bed complete with ensuite walk in robe and parents retreat . There is a Sealy posturepedic king bed in the second ensuite bedroom that can spilt to twin beds. Then there are two large single built-in bunk beds in the rumpus room. In summer, the air conditioning and ceiling fans combine with crisp fresh sheets and cool cotton blankets to ensure a comfortable nights rest.

The kitchen is fully set up and includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, r/c air conditioning, double oven and dining table for 8, the spacious deck complete with barbeque has outdoor setting for 6 for those balmy summer nights.

The third bedroom is the attached studio apartment with private entrance and patio area for couples only that can also be rented separately. In the studio there is another Sealy posturepedic Queen Size bed and lounge area, surround sound system, ensuite with shower designed to share and kitchenette complete with coffee machine and microwave.

Plenty of room to park a boat or a couple of cars and wander up the street.
